teachers with different backgrounds,and investigate the relationship between job involvement and job stress of psychological-assessment teachers in Taipei City.
Method of the study is general questionnaire survey. “Psychological
-assessment teachers’ job involvement and job stress in Taipei City” was designed by the researcher as the research tool. The research object are 158 psychological-assessment teachers of Taipei City.Received data are analyzed by descriptive statistics,effects size,and Pearson product-moment correlation.
Summarized results are the followings:
1.The psychological-assessment teachers’ job involvement belongs to high level,and “job recognition” as the highest,“job evaluation” as a minimum.
2.The psychological-assessment teachers’ job stress belongs to high level,and “job recognition” as the highest,“job evaluation” as a minimum.
3.The job involvement from psychological-assessment teachers are significa-
ntly different,based on different of their ages,marital status,the numbers of diagnosis,seniority of identification ,and classification of identification.
4.The job stress from psychological-assessment teachers are significantly different,based on different of their classification of identification.
5.There are significant nagtive correction between job involvement and job stress of the psychological-assessment teachers.
Finally,based on the above findings, it offered some suggestions to the education administrations,Taipei municipal junior high schools,psychological
-assessment teachers, and future researchers.
