The person researched was the researcher herself. The main purpose of this research was to discuss about the growth, schooling experience, work adaptability and experience, and life values of a physically disabled aboriginal elementary school teacher. The data was mainly collected by thorough discussion and interview with the family, work colleagues and employers that occurred in her life. After the arrangement and interpretation of the information, the following were the main discoveries that were identified in the research: 1.Growth and schooling experience The treatment and rehabilitation, the adaptation when encountering obstacles, self- acceptance, interpersonal relationship and construction of self-confidence were problems that a physically disabled aboriginal elementary school teacher would have to face during her childhood . With the aid of the positive support, encouragement, and counselling of family and school members, there was no doubt that it will increase one's inner mental power during the growth and schooling experience to help one grow mentally healthily . 2.The experience of work adaptation Working performance, job capability, and interpersonal relationship were several obstacles that a physically disabled aboriginal elementary school teacher would have to encounter during work adaptation. The work adaptability could be increased if the employer could accept, had good communication with the physically disabled, and provide thorough help and accessible environment. 3.Life values Because of the special growth experience of a physically disabled aboriginal elementary school teacher, every problem and obstacle was a new chance to explore the meaning and value of life. The true value of life could be seen after knowing the meaning of life. Finally, the success during life experience could encourage more people. Cheng,Yu-Hsiung 程鈺雄 博士 2014 學位論文 ; thesis 118 zh-TW
