This research will also present the different values between the variables. This research uses the questionnaire method. The questionnaire was formed from various related sources. The pool of the data was drawn from the students of the higher grades in elementary schools in Taidung County. The questionnaires were given to the students using the Stratified Random Sampling method. There were 521 effective questionnaires from the sample. This research uses descriptive statistics, t test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient and Multi factor line regression methods to analyze data. After studying the analyzed data, the findings are as follows: First, the personal traits for the higher grades students in the elementary schools in Taitung County tend towards being friendly and willing to help people. Second, the peer relationships among the higher grades students in the elementary schools in Taitung County tend towards concern for and respect of other students. They also encourage and share with each other. Third, the most common bullying behaviors for the higher grades students in the elementary schools in Taitung County are physical bullying, verbal bullying and emotional bullying. Fourth, the female students of the higher grades in the elementary schools in Taitung County are friendly to other students, concerned with other students, and fully motivated to learn. Fifth, the school bullying mostly happened among the 5th grade students in the elementary schools in Taitung County. Sixth, the relationship between family structures and school bullying is low. Seventh, the students who were most likely to be bullied are quick to criticize other students, anxious, and have a lot of friends who have belligerent behaviors. Eighth, the students who criticize other students will have problems getting along with their peers. Ninth, the most important factors of school bullying are &auot;criticizing other students&auot;, &auot;anxiety because of ridicule from other students&auot;, and &auot;having a lot of friends who have belligerent behaviors&auot;. Finally, after reviewing these findings, the author proposes the concrete suggestions and provide reference to parents, education facilities, and other research efforts. Lain,T.J. & Jeng, C.
