This paper attempts to do research from the exterior-interior relationship between watching and inner feelings. The creative idea is induced from artists’ absorbed state generated in watching. After a certain form internally produced from the absorbed state, artists perform it on the screen based on their skills, the process of which is not to imitate what have been originally seen, but to observe objects with creative and aesthetic vision, that is, to convert the material image or object into spiritual level of life and emotion, thus forming “works”. With individual personal experience and works as well as the works, painting, literature, etc. discussed by artists, this article studies the art form composed of text, colors, strokes and other creative elements that can express the essence of inherent emotion and be secretly penetrated into the works, which are created after art creators watch and internalize the work. The works can be viewed from the perspective of intuition, perception and meditation, which contain creative elements for artists to perceive external things. In addition, artists can hone themselves by individual inherent virtue and the accumulation of time and creation, to achieve the understanding realm of individual life course and observe the inner nature of things in order to convert the external things into inherent nature and then pour out indescribable emotion from the tip of creation. Through emotional and intellectual mental activity, watching is selective. Artists interpret that endless emotion subjectively with figurative and non-figurative forms. The exterior-interior relationship between watching and emotion is reciprocal. Watching things can explore its meaning and generate emotion, prompting the artist to feel the virtual world with naked eyes, develop the external shape by inner emotions and then manifest inner feelings by external shape. Things or objects seen by eyes or experienced personally arouse association and sentiment, stimulate their inner feelings and make artists produce creative incentive. However, the work is the comprehension and sublimation of expressing the essence of inner emotions.
