Engineering generally agreed that the air conditioning works onlysupporting construction engineering, investigating the risks, Therefore, this research was conducted through literature review, analysis ofrelevant international standards and risk management, and references ISO/IEC31010: 2009 standard is modeled using the inductive method and interpretation of the law, to practice air-conditioning project manager's point of view, building purchase an air-conditioning project risk management model and to verify the feasibility of the actual case. After verification, the Institute provides air-conditioning engineering risk management model, available for industry to assess the risk, according to air-conditioning engineering life cycle stages, in addition to master the negative risk factors, but also by the implementation of preventive measures in advance, reducing the incidence of adverse risk even through migration disposal can turn into a positive risk.
