The motivation level of players and the constraints encountered in athletic training both influence performance. Parents and teachers' level of support, players’ self-identity among peers, environmental influence, etc. all have an integral relationship. The main purpose of this study is to understand the elementary volleyball team players motivation and constraints according to the different factors and the correlation between them. This research paper is a study of the Kaohsiung-Pingtung volleyball players participation in the Taiwan Volleyball Championship of 102. For the study, official questionnaire surveys were conducted, a total of 330 valid surveys were collected with 100% accuracy. The Chinese version of SPSS for Windows 12.0 was used for various purposes like: statistics, item analysis, factor analysis, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson correlation analysis. Research findings are as follows: First, in terms of gender the sample data had a high proportion of males at 55.5% of all sample. According to grade, fifth grade had the highest ratio of the total sample size at 58.8%. For time on the team, the highest proportion was more than two years, with 48.2% of the total samples. Weekly training time of over nine hours reached a proportion of 50.6%. The best result was obtained from Ping Tung County which had the highest standard reaching 38.8 percent of the total samples gathered. IV Second, motivation had an overall average of 4.42. The main factors which influence small country Volleyball team participation and motivation, listed from high to low order are: "need for achievement", "health fitness", "sports development and environmental influence", "entertainment"; the highest ratio was "need for achievement,” the lowest ratio of experience was “entertainment. " Third, the constraints’ overall average was 1.46. Kaohsiung-Pingtung elementary school volleyball team barriers extent of each dimension are as follows; high to low order were "personal competence", "external environment", "significant others"; by experience, the highest ratio was of "personal competence," while the lowest ratio was of "significant others." Fourth, regarding motivation in the analysis, the subjects’ gender and weekly training time have no drastic relation to motivation. Through analysis of grade, time on the team, the best rank some remarkable things were noted. "The best rank," amounted to a significant influence, Scheffe post hoc comparison method, among the groups is less than significant. Fifth, hinder factor analysis, analysis of samples in each facet of "gender", "grade", "time on the team", "weekly training time," etc. the results, found there is no significant difference, whereas, "to get the best rank" amounted to a significant difference. The Scheffe and hoc comparison between the groups was not significant. Sixth, the subject’s involvement regarding motivation, constraints and the relationship between the factors were compared. "Personal competence" was the most significant principle in influencing the motivation of the participants, "health fitness" yields significant progress in areas, thus the impact of individual contributions to the team are collective Huang, Kuo-Kuang 黃國光 2014 學位論文 ; thesis 70 zh-TW |
