Further, the public transportation services are also built in MRT (subway) as the backbone and linked with bus service, and formed a city transport network. Through the eyes of young adults tourists and forign visitors to view the unsimilar bus stop service, could feel the differences and compare the advantage and disadvantage between hometown bus stop service and living area bus stop service. In this study, with service design perspective, using Customer Journey Canvas tools and in-depth interviews as the main research methods, particularly met the Taiwanese in Japan and Japanese in Taiwan to do qualitative interviews and exporting the bus stop service customer journey of respondents in their living area (Taipei and Tokyo), knowing the experience and evaluation and of bus stop service to analyze and compare bus stop service in Taipei and Tokyo. The main results of this study are as follows: 1) Categorize the bus routes with bus direction facilities, which have the function to lead passengers to right shelter or platform. 2)Respondents thought that approaching display which displaying “minutes” is clear and intuition. Moreover, the approaching display with graphical information is friendly to user. 3)Respondents thought that if bus stop environment lighting is inadequate would make passenger felt insecurity. Furthermore, because of lacking for environment lighting respondents would afraid of missing bus. 4)Setting fence at the side of getting on bus, respondents thought that not only could increase security while waiting, but also can direct bus to stop in right position and directing passenger to waiting bus in line. 5)The different design in bus shelter of Taipei and Tokyo, toward to lane and backward to lane type, respondents did not feel inconvenience between using these two types of shelters. Hence, it could consider the sidewalk width to set these two types of shelters, pursuiting better space planning effect of sidewalk and bus shelter. 6)Passenger have to raise hand to stop the bus and moving to approach the bus in Taipei, it is unfriendly and passive way of providing service, it should consider for design of bus stop hardware or bus driving service aspect in order to improve recent situation.
