Nurses have self-perceived inability to alter clinical measures by incorporating research results or a self-perceived lack of time to execute novel concepts. These subjective perceptions influence nurse intentions to execute evidence-based nursing in clinical practice. In this study, the Q methodology approach was adopted to explore staff views on evidence-based nursing. Comparing view of the type and content, and a 2-stage data collection design was adopted. During the first stage, in-depth interviews were conducted to establish a sample of nurses’ opinions relating to evidence-based nursing. Extraction Q statements from mother-group about the concept of evidence-based nursing. During the second stage, a series of Q sorts were performed to rank the relevant descriptions obtained from the nurses’ subjectively. The study participants were the nurses of a medical center and a regional teaching hospital in Northern Taiwan. We Invited 60 respondents to arranged 44 Q statements. Applications PQ method-analysis, and after factor analysis, The better results is four types. Total of 51 people can be classified into any one type, and explained variance of 42.5%. There are「type of expect support」、「type of external drive」、「type of professional values」、「type of capacity constraints」. Four types of nurses to explore nurses’ views on evidence-based nursing practice. This research will help explore the nurses’ views on promoting evidence-based nursing, type and content. This study aimed to identify and analyze the types of views relating to evidence-based nursing and to propose appropriate suggestions based on the results. The results can be used as a reference by hospitals in promoting evidence-based nursing. Chiu-Mieh Huang 黃久美 2014 學位論文 ; thesis 78 zh-TW
