Five learning tasks in campus are designed. APP contains incentive when students fish these learning activities. Then an interesting and entertaining learning environment is built up to increase students learning aspiration. Twenty students from one university in northern Taiwan are chosen as experimental subjects to analyze incentive mechanism significantly influence the learning motivation. ARCS and Incentives questionnaires are used as the data collection instrument when students completed learning activities. Material incentives, social incentives, achievement incentives are taken as independent variable; and attention, relevance, confidence, satisfaction are dependent variable. After investigation, Several findings can be concluded: (1) Overall motivation mechanism positively influences overall learning motivation and attention, relevance, satisfaction on learning motivation; (2) Material incentives positively influences attention on learning motivation; (3) Social incentives positively influences overall learning motivation and attention, satisfaction on learning motivation; (4) Achievement incentives positively influences overall learning motivation and attention, relevance, satisfaction on learning motivation. Several suggestions are proposed for future researches: (1) The number of experiments should be increased; (2) WIFI network should be stable during the experiment, otherwise mobile telecommunications technology is better for network environment; (3) Apply game sounds. (4) The interactive mechanism should be enhanced.
