Summary:碩士 === 大葉大學 === 運動健康管理學系 === 103 === The purposes of this study were to investigate the relationships among health promoting lifestyle , perceived health status and well-being of junior high school teachers in Changhua County, and to analyze if perceived health status had any effects on health promoting lifestyle and well-being. Participants included 546 junior high school teachers in Changhua County. It collected 518 valid questionnaires in total. Descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, Simple regression, multiple regression and hierarchical multiple regression are included in the data analyses. According to the research, the findings of this study were as follows: 1. Junior high school teachers’ health promoting lifestyle could positively predict well-being. Moreover, the factors of health promoting lifestyle, self-actualization, stress management, health-responsibility, nutrition, interpersonal support and exercise, had significant and positive effects on well-being. 2. The interactions between junior high school teachers’ health promoting lifestyle and perceived health status didn’t have any effects on well-being that they got. However, the interactions between self-actualization and perceived health status, stress management and perceived health status had effects on well-being. Finally, based on research findings, a conclusion and proposals for future research directions are put forth.
