The Effects of both Psychological Empowerment and Person-Supervisor Fit on Employee Work Outcomes 信任重要嗎?心理賦權、個人與主管適配對員工工作成果之影響 LIU, Hsin-Hsing 劉欣幸 碩士 大葉大學 管理學院碩士在職專班 103 The present study examined if the psychological empowerment and the person-supervisor fitting related to the felt trust and the mutual trust positively. This study shows the possible relationship between the felt trust, the mutual trust and the employee work outcomes improvement (the role behavior, role behavior and interpersonal promoting) as well. The research data collected from 225 directors and leaders of the province's public elementary schools. The inter-temporal research method which distributed the questionnaires at three different points in time was used in this study (The leaders made the self-assessment of psychological empowerment and person-supervisor fit in T1, the leaders assessed the felt trust and the mutual trust of their directors in T2, and in T3, the directors assessed the extra-role behavior, in-role behavior and interpersonal facilitation of their leaders.). This method would enhance the clarity of the causal relationship among variables of the present study. The results found that, through perception of the felt trust, the psychological empowerment positively related to the in-role behavior improvement of the employee; The finding doesn't provide an evidence that the psychological empowerment and the perception of the felt trust is related to the extra-role behavior of the employee; neither does the relationship between the mutual trust, person-supervisor fitting and the work outcomes improvement of the employee.
