Taking the visitors of Taipei Parent-Child Centers as the sample, a questionnaire survey is conducted. The empirical analysis comes out with the following conclusions: 1.The service quality of Taipei Parent-Child Centers is positively related to the revisiting willingness of Taipei Parent-Child Centers’ visitors. 2.The service quality of Taipei Parent-Child Centers is positively related to the perceived values of Taipei Parent-Child Centers’ visitors. 3.The perceived values is positively related to the revisiting willingness for Taipei Parent-Child Centers’ visitors. 4.The perceived values of visitors moderated the relationship between the service quality and the revisiting willingness for Taipei Parent-Child Centers’ visitors.
