碩士 === 大葉大學 === 管理學院碩士在職專班 === 103 === This study was designed to investigate the relationship among the service quality, the perceived values and the revisiting willingness of Taipei Parent-Child Centers. Taking the visitors of Taipei Parent-Child Centers as the sample, a questionnaire survey is conducted. The empirical analysis comes out with the following conclusions: 1.The service quality of Taipei Parent-Child Centers is positively related to the revisiting willingness of Taipei Parent-Child Centers’ visitors. 2.The service quality of Taipei Parent-Child Centers is positively related to the perceived values of Taipei Parent-Child Centers’ visitors. 3.The perceived values is positively related to the revisiting willingness for Taipei Parent-Child Centers’ visitors. 4.The perceived values of visitors moderated the relationship between the service quality and the revisiting willingness for Taipei Parent-Child Centers’ visitors. Finally, according to the findings of this study, the specific suggestions are brought up for the administrators and the future researchers.
