碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 化學工程學系 === 103 === Electromarking is one of the methods for electrolytic machining. A simple electrochemical device has been used to make a mark on the metal surface. We were looking for finding a good formulation of the electrolytes for the marking process. We used Taguchi method to analyze the influential factors that contribute to the etching depth of the mark. In addition to the electrolyte, the etching time, electrolytic voltage have also been discussed.
