Summary:碩士 === 遠東科技大學 === 創新設計與創業管理研究所 === 103 === In retrospect of numerous studies on senior high school students in the past, there is still no research exploring psychology capital, creative behavior and quality relationship. This study is mainly mean to understand the impact of psychology capital on creative behavior on senior high school students taking relationship quality as intervening variable. This study is conducted by means of questionnaire surveys with the investigated subjects from both private and public senior high school in Tainan City, with total of 249 valid replies received. Descriptive statistical analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, hierarchical regression analysis and data analysis are conducted by using SPSS 19.0. As statistical results indicate, psychology capital has significantly positive influence on relationship quality; psychology capital has significantly positive influence on creative behavior; relationship quality has significantly positive influence on creative behavior. With the explanation focusing on research results, there are some suggestions about psychology capital, relationship quality and creative behavior with the reference available for educators and management of academic related operation.
