In terms of human management, not only employee’s education and work experience takes into considerations but it is important that employees should be enthusiastic at their work and pay more effort for their organizations. The concept talking above is “work engagement”. The concept of work engagement takes the positive view to the study of organization behaviors. This research was to investigate person-organization fit on work engagement on organizational identification as a mediator. The research adopts convenience sampling through the way of online and paper questionnaire. 226 questionnaires in total were taken back and analyzed by statistic methods of correlation coefficient and regression. As follows, the major findings of study revealed: 1. Person-organization fit had a significant correlation with work engagement. 2. Person-organization fit had a significant correlation with organizational identification. 3. Organizational identification had a significant correlation with work engagement. 4. Organizational identification had a partial mediating effect between person-organization and work engagement.
