Whenever typhoon come, some low-lying areas encounter flood inundation leading to many disaster occurs, Therefore it’s important to effective grasp of Pingtung plain subsidence situation to Planning for effective response measures. Recently, Persistent Scatterers Interferometric SAR (PS-InSAR) widely used in the detection of surface deformation, It’s not only can get wide range surface deformation information but also overcome the limitations of spatial and temporal, get long-term surface deformation In order to effectively understand the land deformation in the Pingtung plain, we collect different time, wavelengths of radar images, using PS-InSAR to detect subsidence Pingtung plain. Finally, we compare PS-InSAR results with survey data and GPS data for analysis and discussion.
