However, the satisfaction of job will involve many aspects. This research will investigate the relationship with job’s satisfaction of the Kindergarten’s employee and organizational citizenship behaviors. This research concluded the job’s satisfactions including “managing colleague”, “work value”, “salary”, “work character” and “work environment”, also studied on the relationships between the five listed viewpoints and organizational citizenship behaviors. The result will help competent authorities, school leaders to understand the factors affecting teaching and nursing service organizational citizenship behavior. This research based on Hsinchu City with 28 public kindergarten teaching staff as group population to census questionnaire, returning valid polls 172 units. After the software SPSS22 and LISREL8.7 analysis and validity of questionnaire, then examine the data by structure equation modeling (SEM) to realize the relationships between the five listed viewpoints and organizational citizenship behaviors. From the research, we found the Job Satisfaction of teaching and nursing staff will have a positive influence on organizational citizenship behaviors, and “managing colleague”, and “work value” have particularly a significant influence on organizational citizenship behaviors. In the last, according to this research conclusion, proposing a suggestion for practice in reality and future study.
