Especially in the medicine, humans almost can rely on the living instrument and Artificial Organs make life prolonging reach an unprecedented level, it’s never be thought like before. But advances in human medicine technology and life extension does not equate with the quality of life. Some people are happly to continue to live in the world, but some are not, for them extending of live was a painful struggle to survive in this world. As this kind of different live situation, there were a huge difference between heaven and hell. "Live" and "death", regardless of the reasons, some people were try the best to find the way avoid the death or continue the life until lives limination. But the opposite, some people has different thinking; they try their best to end of their own lives. From birth to death, as long as human beings, it is a necessary course of life. No one can hide away or to escape it, everyone have to be accept it "Live", the decision is not made by his own choose. It’s under the law of natural human reproductive behavior. After the "birth" out of choose everything were be dicided when the baby opne the eyes. But the "death", human started to think is that any right to make a decision. Humanbeings have the right to decide their own death? Or human beings have the right to decide others human live of death? This is the core of this thesis, and this is also the most important theory in this thesis to be discussed of human right to self-determination. Humans grows in the differint process, all the experience, memories, happiness, anger, sadness and joy, and all kinds of emotions or feeling will accumulate in the human memory. Some of these memories were being gone after the time passed by, but some of them were even more effective to the human’s mental health or decsion making. Cause some of those memorys were deeply inside the brain. It will be replidy in the mind and cause the mental diffect. Mental diffect is not onley mean bedly memories, it also include grate memories. Whether it’s good or bad, it usually leads human to make an action be taken to deal with the reaction of those memories and feeling. Such as: good; like humans do field to celebrate the birthday celebration or the life of an important moment, or to leave a record of-phase with photography, etc ..., opposite way, the bad; the death of the deceased memorial, hero or contribute to humanity humans. The memory of mourning, or escape it ... "Death" is usually the worst decision of all the action behaver. However, in the worst decision referred here is not simply pointing to "death". The reasons and decide whether of death is not the point of meaning of worse. Since the GOD created human, GOD has his one plan of all. No ones is the same, everyone have their own destiny and paln form GOD. Each one in this world has its own different purpose and a different life experience. Absolutely there were no people were completely the same, even thinking and mind desections. The focus of this thesis discussed on the human life to self-determination. That is to explore whether human beings have right to choose how and when to be die. Suicide, euthanasia, death with dignity, palliative medicine, these four topics were most close to the meaning and gold and to achive to this thesis. So, this thesis used this for topics to explan and determines the existence and the most appropriate course of life. The scope of the decision in order to exclude minds of humanity itself under owned, this thesis were exclude the death penalty and war, these two serious issues. Although these two issues were alsoe important to the human death, and aslo has a significant connection. But this is usually involved to too many reasons and it’s dession making are always not only by a single person. So is this thesis of the right to life self-determination were exclude death penalty and war. This thesis was discussed under these four issues, to explore the human "life of self-determination." Start with human dignity and the protection of human rights began to explore the value of human life. Followed by the topics of suicide, euthanasia, palliative medical care, to decision and to explore the human life and the appropriateness of self-determination. Finally, this paper through all the discussions and studies to try to summarize the importance of human "life to self-determination" and its legitimacy, and most importantly, whether the nature and meaning of human existence.
