Summary:碩士 === 國立勤益科技大學 === 冷凍空調系 === 103 === The glass curtain wall is one of representative works of modern architecture, and the glass building material enables the short-wave solar radiation to penetrate into the room, the heat resulted from the penetration will be general long-wave radiation at normal temperature, it is unlikely to dissipate outdoors, so that the hot air accumulates indoors, causing loadings to indoor air-conditioning equipments. This paper aims to probe into the characteristics and effectiveness of heat insulating coating. This paper creates a heat insulating coating performance testing device, the device uses infrared lamp to irradiate the glass surface, the glass surface and indoor temperatures are measured, the effect of different commercially available heat insulation products on the indoor temperature is discussed, and the effect of heat insulating coating is calculated. At the end of experimental design, the real building is measured. The real building glass surface is coated with the commercially available heat insulation product, to discuss the difference between the data results of the heat insulating coating performance testing device and the real building, so as to evaluate the saved air conditioning power consumption and the reduction of CO2. Finally, an energy conservation strategy of heat insulating coating is designed, the numerical simulation analysis of CFD is used to substitute the experimental data of heat insulating coating performance testing device in mathematical model for parameter design and numerical iteration. The correlation is obtained and they are validated mutually. The mathematical model obtained after validation is used to discuss the annual heat insulation efficiency of different heat insulation products, so as to evaluate the heat insulation effectiveness of heat insulating coating corresponding to buildings.
