| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立勤益科技大學 === 電子工程系 === 103 === With the rapid development of ICT, remote control and monitoring applications via Internet with cloud are getting much more attention in recent years. However, the material related to industrial application cases is still limited in the textbooks or literature. This thesis presents a case example in remote diagnosis and early warning system with database management. In this study it is focused on the operation temperature tracking from a tool machine which is assigned an ID number. The detected temperature can be sent to the VB Data Acquisition System via RS232/RS485. Then, MySQL Data Server can also receive the data simultaneously. All data can be viewed on line using PHP Dynamic Data Management System, and its past history can be tracked from the cloud database. The experimental results reveal that the proposed system is well performed in term of reliability, robustness, and friendly operation.
