Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 高階管理碩士在職專班(EMBA) === 103 === The purpose of this study aims to understand the employees of A Chinese enterprise, which is invested by a Taiwanese entrepreneur about the status of their culture background, work environment, job satisfaction and job performance, and to find out the influence and correlation among these variables so as to enhance the overall staff performance. In order to effectively achieve this purpose, relevant literature survey and questionnaire issuance to A Taiwanese company are used. Total 114 questionnaires are issued with 103 valid questionnaires, the effective rate 90.35%. After data processing, the first step is to analyze and verify the reliability and validity through these confirmatory factors, then run the statistical regression for the hypothesis analysis and verification. Finally, the research findings conclude and summarize management implications and address some future research direction. Through the study, organization culture has a positive impact on the work environment; enterprise work environment has a positive impact on employee job satisfaction; employee job satisfaction has a positive impact on employee job performance; corporate work environment employees has a positive impact on job performance; corporate work environment combined with the organization culture helps improve employee job satisfaction; employee job satisfaction in conjunction with enterprise environment helps improve job performance. The study suggests the Chinese A enterprise should strengthen its management team for the leadership ability and coaching capability, re-examine the organization and salary policy to better align with its organization culture and working environment with the ultimate goal for improving employee job satisfaction and performance.
