In the same time, many factories face the succession problem. However, the key factor of effect on future competition advantage in Taiwan Plumbing industry is depending on the successful succession. First, this essay studies the key success factors of effect on successful succession in Plumbing industry. In addition, this essay also verifies the problems which Taiwan Plumbing industry might face in the succession. And the result shows that the strong willingness of successor to succeed, the sufficient abilities of successor for succession needed and having the specific operating position and goal are the most immediate and key factors of succession in Taiwan Plumbing industry. Meanwhile, most of Taiwan Plumbing industry face the succession problems of weak willingness of successor in succession, the insufficient abilities of successor for succession and having the non-specific operating position and goal. This result tells Taiwan Plumbing industry has to face and overcome above difficulties in succession.
