The self-edited “Scale of Perceptions of Parental Psychological Control, Perfectionism and Stress Coping Strategies” is used to evaluate the results. Questionnaire survey is adopted as the research method. The participants were 910 vocational high school students from departments of food and beverage management from Taiwan (off shore of Taiwan and Eastern Taiwan are not included). Invalid questionnaires are deleted. The number of the valid questionnaires is 612, and the effective questionnaire response is 68.61%. After extracting data, the data is processed by independent sample t-test, one way ANOVA, descriptive statistical analysis, Pearson product-moment correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. On basis of the research results, it is found that: 1. By middle or low level, all of senior and vocational high school students from departments of food and beverage management perceive the parental psychological control, perfectionism, and stress coping strategies; 2. There is significant difference in those students between father and mother regarding perception of the psychological control; 3. There is significant difference in those students in different genders regarding perception of the maternal psychological control, perfectionism, and stress coping strategies; 4. There is significant difference in those students in different grades with respect to perceiving the paternal psychological control and stress coping strategies; 5. There is significant difference in those students in family with different structures about the paternal psychological control and perfectionism; 6. There is remarkable correlation in those students' perception of the patents' psychological control, perfectionism, and stress coping strategies; 7. The mother's psychological control can effectively predict the stress coping strategies; 7. Perfectionism can effectively predict the stress coping strategies.
