First, Wind Power Generation detects the voltage magnitude, wind series and sea conditions, doing capture data collection. Second, using Power system with Arduino single chip circuit realizes buoy offshore equipment control and monitoring mode, then using Xbee communication module with the data could be sent back to the host to provide following up instructions on shore action. In this study, the environmental data of wind data was collected. With the wave power system to provide users the man-machine interface for instant detection at sea and the protection of the monitoring buoy collection judges to prevent equipment get too much damage by wave, and also much the current alternative energy boom.
