Meanwhile, Finance is so important to economy that should adopt the thinking of Green Finance, leading the economy toward to right direction. Moreover, attracting Green talents to reinforce the green human capital in corporate. The study objectives are the students taking CSR related courses in NSYSU. Using Correlation Analysis, Regression Analysis and One-Way ANOVA to know their employment confidence, job-applying willingness, social capital as well as the feelings of CSR and GBI. This syudy also correspond the syllabus of sustainable related courses with the contents of 2013 Shin-Konh Financial Holdings CSR report. By marking the achievements in the report with Goverance, Socail, and Ecoligy to know their employment confidence. This study found CSR, GBI, job-applying willingness and social capital are linear significant correlation; GBI is the mediator between CSR and job-applying willingness; however, no matter which course the subject took making no difference on job-applying willingness and employment confidence.
