Through cross-sectional study, this study targets at all the firefighters in Taitung County. The data are collected in terms of structured questionnaire. The total of 268 valid questionnaires have been collected. The conclusions of the study under descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, and regression analysis are as follow: 1. The firefighters under 29 years old, graduating from a junior college or above, and serving more than 10 years have better leisure participation; 2. The firefighters graduating from a junior college or above have better mental health; 3. The firefighters with better leisure participation in sports have better physical health but have less leisure participation in skills and knowledge and culture. Besides, those with better leisure participation in sports have better mental health but have less leisure participation in skills and knowledge and culture.
