Summary:碩士 === 國立臺東大學 === 身心整合與運動休閒產業學系 === 103 === Study on the Influence of Leisure Participation of the Employees in Taitung County Farmers’ Association on Physical and Mental Health Liao, Shu-Hui Absrtact This study aims to explore the influence of leisure participation of employees of Taitung County Farmers’ Association on physical and mental health. Through “leisure participation scale” and “physical and mental health scale,” as well as questionnaire, 491 valid samples for the survey on the employees of Taitung County Farmers’ Association were collected. The conclusions of the study under descriptive statistics, independent sample t test, one-way ANOVA, and regression analysis are as follow: 1. The employees of Famers’ Association who are single, younger, with a BA degree or higher, work as a temporary staff, and serve for less than 10 years have better leisure in social intercourse, entertainment, and sports; 2. The employees of Famers’ Association who are single, younger, with a BA degree or higher, work as a temporary staff, and serve for less than 10 years have better physical and mental health. Among them, men’s physical health is better than women’s; 3. Employees of Farmers’ Association whose level of leisure participation in entertainment is higher have better mental health, especially younger male employees of Farmers’ Association. Besides, employees of Farmers’ Association who have more leisure participation in sports and entertainment and less in social intercourse have better mental health, especially the younger ones.
