Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄大學 === 亞太工商管理學系碩士班 === 103 === Global economy rapidly changing in the twenty-first century, an enterprise has to inevitably leverage and invest in an employee’s creativity to maintain a sustainable competitive advantage. If the persons’ creative behaviors can be effectively boosted, organized and integrated within enterprise, it will contribute to team creativity, and then improve enterprise’s competitiveness as a whole. This study survey data collected from 94 teams were examined using structural equation modeling in order to verify the proposed theoretical model. The result shows: 1. The conflict inside the team can boost team creativity. 2. Age diversity and traditional values diversity are moderating factors between team conflict and team creativity.
