Climate abnormalities are closely related to the destruction of our environment which directly impacts to our survival and, hence, it leads to a sufficient necessity of green marketing in order to keep our environment from being worsened. Under the fact of resource constraints, it is always a big challenge for those enterprises which have to simultaneously take care of share holders’ benefits as well as the ecosystems of our living environments. Nevertheless. Under such circumstance, enterprises have to follow governments’ laws on environmental protections as well as relevant international environmental requirements. This study is based on the case of L Company, Though L company activities should also set the sustainable business and environment as one of their key goals. The Organic agricultural products spread and sales will not only to satisfy consumers and stakeholders’ requirements but also to meet CSR which is beneficial to both the enterprises and our environments. CSR has a positive impact on the corporate image and it keeps up reputation of the company. It is also helping to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. This study is to be conducted in a way of in-depth interviews with an expectation of finding out the true thinking of interviewees in order to realize how the L Company, through practice organic agriculture proceeds Green Marketing for the sake of environmental protections and, meanwhile, to share successful experiences organic commodity for the combination of environmental and ecological protection .
