School image, Students’ Expectation, perceived quality and perceived value. .
Understanding customer’s Expectations and their Perceptions regarding to service
quality providing by Passerelles Numeriques Vietnam to improve overall quality and
develop students’ satisfaction. It also examines the relationship between the image of
PNV and the students’ satisfaction. This study uses the quantitative methods based on
SSI model, developed by Temizer and Turkyilmaz (2012) to evaluate the student’s
satisfaction. The objective sample data is collected from 219 students. The results of
this study based on the Students satisfaction index model with three main factors having
positive effect on students satisfaction mentioned above.
