Even thought there are many tourism products in the current market, their similiarities are so obvious that a patent is hard to apply. In the other words, how to build up a unique product becomes one of the most important tasks for a company in tourism industry. There are many different ways in literature to solve the problem met by tourism industry and the customized product design is one of the significant approaches. As matter of fact, the design of tourism products is also a multi-criteria decision making problem. In this research, a fuzzy multi-criteria decision making method was developed to investigate the critical factors influcing consumers to buy tourism products.
