By literature discussion and questionnaire analysis, we realize the differences and relations among job stress, job satisfaction,and organizational commitment under different basic data variations. To achieve the goal of study, 250 questionnaires were distributed, 238 returned, including 183 valid questionnaires and 55 invalid; the rate of valid returning is 73.2%. Analyzing the data with the ways of statistics--descriptive statistics, t-test, single-factor variations analysis, Pearson corelation coefficients test, some results are provided as below: 一、Under the variations of different basic data, higher education level makes significant difference in job stress. 二、Under the variations of different basic data, elder age and higher position makes significant difference in job job satisfaction. 三、Under the variations of different basic data, female, married, elder age, education level makes significant difference in the dimension of efforts commitment and value commitment under organizational commitment. 四、The staff of National Immigration Agency Headquarter show no significant negative corelation to job stress and organizational commitment. 五、The staff of National Immigration Agency Headquarter show significant positive corelation to job satisfaction and organizational commitment.
