Single subject research design with multiple baseline cross-subjects was adopted and the subjects were three disability students associated with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder ADHD. This study couducted an attention training experiment by using available games from III website, such as dog-feeding game, memory array game, graphics memory game. In this study, three subjects’ attention data were collected at different stages including baseline, intervention period, the maintenance phase. Visual analysis, C statistics and standardized attention tests were employed. After experiment, this study interviewed the subjects’ classsmates, teachers and parents for grasping the attention impact of digital games on the three subjects. The findings are shown as follows: First, the digital games can increase attention time during training curriculum at classroom. Second, after the digital game-attention training curriculum is removed, the attention effects have maintained, but some stable, other unstable. Third, the digital games can improve the subjects’ attentions including concentrated attention, sustained attention, selective attention, alternating attention and divided attention. Fourth, the subject’s teachers, classsmates and parents show positive appraisal on the digital games for attention training curriculum.
