碩士 === 臺北市立大學 === 競技運動訓練研究所碩士在職專班 === 103 === This study aims to analyze and discuss the case method training with practical examples. Over the past twenty years, I have devoted myself to learning and teaching compound bow. As there is no official guide to the compound bow training, I apply my own experience and reflections to the training of the school team. Within only five years, several of my students became national athletes and won prizes in various competitions. Among them, the female archer, Wen Ning-meng, even won the first silver medal for our country from Asian Games. As a technical report, this study includes skill training, equipment adjustment, specific fitness training and mental training, as well as conclusion and suggestion. By introducing my own participation in various games and sharing my coaching experience, I present what I have learned about archery in written form. Since compound bow has finally become one of the events at Asian Games, the clear and complete information written in Chinese is really in demand. Therefore, I am sure my study will be helpful to individuals or groups with intention to promote compound bow, and thereby athletes from Taiwan will have a better chance to distinguish themselves in international sporting events.
