Summary:碩士 === 臺北市立大學 === 體育學系體育教學碩士學位班 === 103 === This research is to explore the different variable and respective differences in addition to relationships in between for perceived coach leadership behavior and learning efficiency in municipal elementary schools in Taipei. Survey query approach was adopted, and “Research measurement chart for perceived coach leadership behavior and learning efficiency in municipal elementary schools in Taipei” was used as research tool. There was a total of 500 questionnaires were distributed and 456 effective questionnaires were collected and then I use SPSS for Windows 12.0 software package to run statistic analysis. The survey was analyzed using t-test, One-way ANOVA and Pearson’s correlation. The results are as follows: 1.There was four levels in profiling for the current statuses extracted for the perceived coach leadership behavior experienced by municipal elementary schools in Taipei, and they were separately classified in the following sequence,1st class, training and guidance behavior;2nd class, aware behavior;3rd class, caring behavior;4th class, democratic behavior. As for the learning efficiency statuses, they were separately listed according the class level like 1st class, effectiveness of cognitive;2nd class, effectiveness of affection;3rd class, effectiveness of skill. 2. Research finding on the different background variables of sport team athletes’ perceived coach leadership behavior in municipal elementary schools indicated that, in the different grades level, “ training and guidance behavior” and“ aware behavior” reach the level of significance; in the different observed, “democratic behavior” reach the level of significance. There was no significant observed in different genders, different years in training and different competition performances. 3. Research finding on the different background variables of sport team athletes’ learning efficiency in municipal elementary schools indicated that, there was no significant different observed in the “effectiveness of cognitive”, “effectiveness of affection” and “effectiveness of skill” for genders ,different grades level, different days in a week in training ,different years in training and different competition performances. 4.There was no significant different observed on sport team athletes’ perceived Coach Leadership Behavior and Learning Efficiency in Municipal Elementary Schools in Taipei.
