In response to the difficulties of a lack of grassroots human labor, the government of Taiwan officially introduce foreign workers in 1989. Due to differences in national culture, foreign workers wil be maladaptive which will affect work performance and life adaptation. In order to improve the efficiency of foreign workers and increase the competitive advantage of organizations, business management must understand the characteristics and behaviors of foreign workers within the organization, and to analyze the cultural differences within their cultural backgrounds different from the business environment or organization, and combine objectives consistently with foreign workers and enterprise organization. Based on this, the study collected the relevant documents from scholars all over the world and exploring the predictors of job performance among vietnamese workers in taiwan. The subjects of the survey are vietnamese workers in taiwan by the use of a questionnaire. We issued 400 copies of questionnaires. A total of 388 valid questionnaires were recovered. The effective response rate is 97%. The collected data were analyzed over software SPSS. The statistical methods including descriptive statistics analysis, independent sample t test, one way ANOVA and regression analysis are used to verify the hypothesis. The empirical study reveals three important conclusions. Frist, There is significant difference between overseas adjustment and job performanc Second, organizational commitment have significant influences with Overseas adjustment. Third organizational commitment have significant influences with job performanc The results of this study will provide the selection and training of Vietnamese workers for human agency , and good training and development environment of Vietnamese workers for enterprises which will achieve win-win goal between with employers and labor.
