Based on the results of research, the researcher is able to propose the following advice:The paraprofessionals of special education should enhance the respect and protection to general teachers’ students’ privacy.General teachers having disabled students in the class should strengthen the communication and cooperation skills with paraprofessionals of special education in order to fulfill the mission and duty of caring disabled students.Educational background and working experiences of the special education paraprofessional should be considered as variables for further studies in order to find the most appropriate candidates.
