The correlation among work stress and resilience were also discussed, and the predictability based on resilience and work stress were further analyzed. The study was conducted through the questionnaire-survey method. Subjects were 363 teachers in special education school from the whole Taiwan. The questionnaires were evaluated by Work Stress Scale and Resilience Scale. The data was analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's product-moment correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study were as follows: (a) There were significant differences in the different background variables of the teachers in special education school concerning work stress and resilience. (b) There were significant negative correlations in terms of work stress and resilience. (c) Work stress could significantly predict impulsive resilience. The suggests for teachers, school, and future researchers were made according to the results in the study.
