Use by action research to record all the processes. Also, exploring above Positive Job Search Behavior by promoting Psychological Capital. Through 2 phases of action cycles, the first cycles were at Senior Workforce Development Service Center. There were 13 members in the intervention group and 10 members in the general group. The second was at China Institute of Occupational Training Development. There were 12 members in the intervention group and 14 members in the general group. Members in the intervention group went through the design program which consists of 120 minutes’ weekly sessions for 4 weeks, 120 minutes per week, after daily activity curriculum. While those in the general group went existing daily activity curriculum, without any experimental training. The instrument utilized to examine the effects of the program was PsyCap Questionnaire (PCQ), and the analysis of interviews and observations and Class Feedback as the quantitative evidence. The results showed that: 1. build up internalization of affective and psychomotor skills in action the real life materials for instruction; 2. homework writing help members self-awareness and praxis, for example The Gratitude Diaries and Goal-setting paper; 3 They were satisfied with every unit of the job search course, but there was still found out the other demand on members. Such as social support. 4. Through the program members can perceive positive thinking, get rid of old ideas , and actively seeking resources to change the status quo. 5.They might be needs gap between Job search agency and service target. Based on the findings were discussed at the later part of this study. Some concrete suggestions on education and research were also provided for future studies.
