First of all, taking the official certification of TOEFL for example, Taiwan’s ranking in the global 120 State is generally not ideal, which makes Taiwan English learning becomes a national activity. Due to the teaching model of interactive multimedia learning in Taiwan is only used in teaching experiment in the classroom; so for this type of learning cognitive and learning outcomes has not been able to explore and discuss deeply. Therefore this study will aim at teaching model of interactive multimedia learning which used in user satisfaction on the practical English teaching made a deep discussion and research. This study is based on theory of planned behavior theory and technology acceptance model. With Ynso English students conducted a questionnaire survey, questionnaires were issued 350, recycling 315, the effective sample 293 , and the effective sample recovery Up to 93 %. Through statistical analysis, that the following conclusions: 1. There are significant impact between Subjective norm, Self-efficacy, System quality, Perceived usefulness, Perceived accessibility and intended use satisfaction. 2. Demographic context variables in the Subjective norm, Self-efficacy, System quality, Perceived usefulness, Perceived accessibility and intended use satisfaction have significant difference.
