The research method was survey questionnaire from the employees of credit union in Changhua County. The research used proportional stratifying sampling, A total of 326 questionnaires were sent, and 189 valid returns, with 57.98 % return rate. The data was collected and analyzed by using descriptive statistics analysis, t-test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that : (1) different backgrounds of employees perceived Bank 3.0 Change Pressure, Organization Commitment and Job Performance There are partly significant differences; (2) Bank 3.0 Change Pressure had negative impact on Organization Commitment and Job Performance; (3) Organization Commitment had a positive impact on Job Performance; (4) Organization Commitment has mediating effect between the Bank 3.0 Change Pressure and Job Performance.
