| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 資訊管理學系所 === 104 === In the textile industry chain, dyeing and finishing plant has been neglected, and because dyeing and finishing industry is facing recession, from 666 companies in 2000, decays to 512 companies in 2012, reduce the 154 companies; practitioners reduce the 14,061 people; also operating income decreased 25.95 billion. Thus informed, dyeing and finishing plant in today's operating environment has become more and more serious, how to create operating value of the dyeing and finishing plant must rely on the effective output improvement, they all get built on the cornerstone of production management. Dyeing and finishing industry's basic mission is to " application of dyeing and finishing technology for raw cloth, to achieve the purpose of the order," while this process is to control the production management, the ultimate goal is with a minimal investment of resources to achieve maximum results, in the other words is through the key factors of production scheduling regulatory impact achievements efficient dyeing production scheduling to achieve maximum output results, create competitive advantage for dyeing and finishing plant.
This study is to collect relevant literature review of the dyeing and finishing plant production scheduling factors, sorting out the dimensions and indicators, analyze surveys statistical analysis via Delphi Technique experts and Analytic Hierarchy Process, the final results of that research AHP questionnaire agreed that in quality and productivity facets that affect the dyeing and finishing plant production schedule of the most critical factor, followed by customer facets, individual indicators project experts believe that stability batches of raw cloth and cloth material quality, surface quality customer related needs and requirements of the standard clearly shows, production setup and perform surface staining formula stability and good dyeing machine production of standard operating conditions of the other items the most important. The AHP of survey results suggest that the most important key factors is dyeing formula good stability, suitable for customer kinds of cloth material dyeing machine equipment, implementation autonomous inspection in dyeing process, and quality standards and requirements related needs clearly shows etc. The top five indicators, experts & the AHP questionnaire, there are three factors are the same, these indicate a high consistency.
According to the results, in the dyeing and finishing plant production scheduling aspect, can consider the important influence of the preceding factors, to make effective planning, management and control, I believe there will be quite helpful in the entire dyeing production scheduling; further reference may also be provided in the follow-up study of the production scheduling management.
