First, it was to find out the present situation of the cognition of LOHAS, behaviour of LOHAS and teachers’ well-being in Kaohsiung elementary schools. Secondly, it compared the differences among cognition of LOHAS, behaviour of LOHAS and teachers’ well-being for elementary school teachers in Kaohsiung. Last, it studied the effectiveness of the cognition of LOHAS and behaviour of LOHAS on teachers’ well-being. The research was conducted by questionnaire survey. Through purposive sampling, questionnaires were distributed to 410 elementary school teachers in Kaohsiung, and 400 of the samples were valid. The overall valid percentage for the questionnaire was 97%. The data of valid samples were analyzed by descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, path analysis and so on.The conclusions were as followed: 1.The overall percentage of the cognition of LOHAS for the elementary school teachers in Kaohsiung was high-intermediate degree. Among all the facets, sustainable behaviour got the highest average value. The overall percentage of the behaviour of LOHAS was intermediate degree. Among all the facets, sustainable behaviour still got the highest average value. The overall percentage of teachers’ well-being was high-intermediate degree. Interpersonal relationship got the highest average value among all the facets; 2.As for the cognition of LOHAS, ages showed a significant difference in terms of healthy life and social care; 3.As for the behaviour of LOHAS, gender indicated a significant difference in terms of healthy life and self-improvement; 4.As for the teachers’ well-being, gender showed a significant difference in terms of physical and mental health; 5.According to the path analysis, it showed that the cognition and behaviour of LOHAS have a great influence on the teachers’ well-being. When teachers improved the cognition of LOHAS, the well-being would be better. And if teachers not only improved the cognition of LOHAS but also put into practice, the well-being would be much better.
