Summary:碩士 === 國立臺中教育大學 === 區域與社會發展學系國民小學教師在職進修教學碩士學位班 === 104 === The purpose of this study is to provide the view of after –school care centers perceptual experience of elementary school second grade teachersand students, and student participate in theafter school program of the performance and study attitude of student at school. Researcher implemented in-depth interview method as the main research method. Eleven students & teachers from grade two who participated in four different after school program centers are the main sample group. The result indicate that students who participate in the after school program center are keen to proceed with advance learning curricular, moreover, result also indicate that performance of those students at school have also increased, school teacher indicate help to enhance student’ self-confidence,and prompting teachers’ sophisticated teaching and that school would become students’ stage to demonstrate their advance learning result which lead to concentration loss and passion. Experience and recommendation to be provided based on the result of the study. In terms of experience, school teacher and parents are the two main groups to be focused on. As for school teacher, it is recommended that teacher should be more understandable towards the student who participate in the after school program, moreover, more dynamic learning method could be used to encourage student. Parent should reconsider and evaluate students’ after school activities based on the research result. In terms of research recommendation, it is recommended that future researchers should investigate the curricular learning method designed by school teacher.
