The study is based on the first semester 104 Taoyuan City elementary school after- school- care teacher services. Through electronic surveys, research and statistical analysis, the data will be the reference for central and local government educational institutions, the national primary school educators and researchers who are concerned with the future of those after-school- care issues. 1. Taoyuan City elementary school teacher after- school- care, the overall performance level of organizational support presents Upper Intermediate Level. 2. Taoyuan City elementary school teacher after- school- care, the overall work investment presents Upper Intermediate Level. 3. The organizational support effects the performance of work engagement. 4. The better support from the superiors will achieve the better quality of performance. 5. The better support from the colleagues will achieve the better quality of performance.
