Students’ changes of Digital Reading literacy and Mandarin learning were discussed. Also, the researcher’s reflection and growth were documented. Use action research methods, conduct 21 classes (40 minutes / class), 40 sixth graders of a private elementary school in northern Taiwan. The researcher was the homeroom teacher of these students. Data were collected and analyzed through the Digital Reading literacy test, as well as students’ feedbacks, students’ and teacher’s reflective worksheets, student interviews, and classroom observation records. The major research findings were as follows. 1. This digital reading program is a dynamic development. Therefore, it could help to do an action research. 2. After implementation of the program, students perform well in Chinese learning, and their digital literacy was improved. 3. In the process of the program, researchers could find more strategies and applications of digital reading and improve themselves. Based on the above findings, recommendations to elementary school teachers 
 interested in digital reading program in their classes were made as below. 1. Taking good use of the features of the digital reading and getting as much relating teaching skills as possible to design various courses. 2. Understanding the beginning behaviors of the students' information literacy before implement of teaching. 3. Teachers should pay attention on the students' using of mobile devices. 4. In the process of project work, teachers could assign the theme and the field of research to make it more interesting. The suggestions to school administrators are as below: 1. Using digital reading technique in the lessons. Making a complete plan to use it in different fields. 2. Improving the Internet devices to make sure the latest Internet devices in schools. 3. Appling the related lessons of digital reading. The suggestions to researchers in future are as below: 1. The targets of the program are better to be the third or fourth graders. 2.
