碩士 === 國立臺北教育大學 === 教育學系教育創新與評鑑碩士班在職專班 === 104 === The purpose of this research was according to the PISA 2012 problem solving process, including exploring and understanding, representing and formulating, planning and executing, and also monitoring and reflecting combined with the topics of natural science and living technology in order to develop a test of problem solving for senior elementary school students in Taiwan. The test subjects were fifth grade students in elementary schools. Samples were randomly drawn from an elementary school in New Taipei City. The quality of the results were examined according to the SPSS 18.0 for Windows, which includes the analysis of difficulty, discrimination, reliability, and validity. The TestGraf 98 software was then used to perform the item option characteristic curve analysis. The results showed that this test was useful and feasible for measuring problem solving skills for senior elementary school students. Finally, based on the results, the researcher drew conclusions and provided suggestions for teachers in elementary schools on problem solving tests and future studies in this field.
