They often caused by incorrect knowledge of pesticide or fertilizer misused, resulting in pesticide residues and environmental damage, and so far, most farmers planted remained in such a way. This essay builds plant management services real-time information system platform, so that farmers can use the platform features by smart mobile devices. Farmers learn the correct plant knowledge and farming arrangements can also interface production resume system to help farmers’ produce in line with the safety and quality of crops. System designs concept to farmers’ convenience and their willingness to use the core to integrate the right planting knowledge, such as fertilizers cultivation and safe medication etc. Moreover, it established knowledge system; farmers can understand crop growth process of related knowledge quickly and easily. According to knowledge system data, it established production management system. Farmers can use this system to record planting time output crop cultivation calendar for follow-up of management and the records. It can be large shortened farmers’ learning time. Comparatively the existing agricultural platform render the system contributed to this study is this prototype platform can solve most of the farmers’ demands. In the future, this business cooperation develops large opportunities for farmers.
