Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 企業管理系 === 104 === The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between employee face-saving, interest-ensuring, self-protecting and employee behavior about say nothing but good news. Moreover, this study is also to explore the moderating effect of employee-supervisor relationship quality between the relationship of employee face-saving, interest-ensuring, self-protecting and employee behavior about say nothing but good news. Hypotheses were tested with a sample of 396 full-time employees in sales department from 2015 Taiwanese top 500 companies in service industry. By reasoning, employee face-saving, interest-ensuring, self-protecting have positive associated with employee behavior about say nothing but good news, and employee-supervisor relationship quality has the moderating effect on them. Theoretical implications, practice implications, limitations of the study and future suggestions are also provided.
