Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 色彩與照明科技研究所 === 104 === The purpose of this study was to investigate the colour use in the mobile phone application user interface design to initiate psychological reactions of users. Two psychophysical experiments were carried out using single primary color and multicolor in interface design, expect to find the relationship between color, interface design, and human. In this study, mobile phone application user interface design-related scales were using in the experiments, such as a visual perceived expectation of concise, active, delicate, reliability, modern, cute, clear, liking and harmony. This study found that colour emotion factors mobile phone application user interface design are aesthetic and vitality. Two existing colour harmony models derived from experiments involving only uniform colour patches were tested using the mobile phone application user interface design experimental data. The results showed that colour emotion model success to predict the visual result in the scale of Active-Passive, and also had a consist result of two or more colors emotion model with the visual result obtained. Colour harmony model of colour patches although is not able to get similar results, but in the equal-chroma and equal-hue principles of colour harmony had a similar prediction in the experiment results of using mobile phone application user interface design as the stimuli. The results of this study found that colour harmony guidelines or prediction models could be various because of its context in which colours are used. The results of this study will provide reference to interface designer in the implementation of design.
